My Professional Profile

Innovation and Creativity in Management & Leadership

After starting as Production Supervisor at Promised Land Dairy, I developed an initiative using a principle of behavioral psychology called Normative Social Influence to increase average monthly run efficiency by 5% .

Additionally, I  managed a robust safety program in 2017 which saw a 75% improvement in recordable accidents from 4 in 2016, to 1 in 2017, bringing the plant’s TRIR from 9.35 in 2016 to 2.41 in 2017.

Further, I designed a downtime reporting system for detailing time lost to outdated machinery. My reporting system was instrumental in securing funding for 3 capital improvement projects.
